When will Sports Betting be available in the state of Missouri?
Missouri sports betting is set to go live on December 1, 2025, and the state has confirmed that a plethora of sportsbook options will be available to customers when the market opens.
Thanks to voters, sports betting in Missouri was approved by Amendment 2 on a November 2024 ballot.
This constitutional amendment allowed the Missouri Gaming Commission to license and regulate sports wagering, including up to 14 operators, as well as partnerships with casinos and professional sports teams.
It was not an easy approval, as voters barely agreed by just over 3,000 votes.
The MGC confirmed in May 2025 that, for the first time, approved Sportsbooks will launch on Monday, December 1.
